SET UP A MEETING WITH GABE

GG Sports is Gabe Gardner's location for all Sports related services. If you are looking for help at anything sports related, you have found the true "sports" expert in the Sacramento area.

Gabe has played in two Olympic Games (2004 Athens, 2008 Beijing), most recently winning the gold in Beijing! He has met and spoke with some of the best athletes in the world throughout the process of playing in Olympic Games, training for years and the USA Olympic Training Center, playing professionally in 8 different countries, and at 2 division 1 schools. He has never stopped learning about the different approaches to sports and what truly make successful athletes.

While playing for two different Div 1 schools, (USC, and Stanford) Gabe studied both Exercise Science (at USC) and then completed his Human Biology degree at Stanford with an emphasis on Health and Human Performance (which included classes such as BioPsychSocial Aspects of Sports, Sports Medicine, and Sports Physiology.)There is no athlete with both the personal experience and educational background to truly help you push the boundries of sports success.

Most importantly, Gabe has managed to find a way to disect every successful aspect of all individual sports. It never seemed to matter what sport it was, Gabe was good at it (and not just due to athletic talent). His nack for understanding each sports unique abilities that drive successs is something few other coaches can explain. This is one reason Gabe was named Orange County Athlete of the Year in 1995 by the OC Register (volleyball, water polo, and basketball), Water Polo Athlete of the Year, and recruited to play all three sports by several Div 1 schools. He still manages to find a way to be able to snowboard like a pro once a year, surf the big waves in So Cal, golf a decent handicap, and slam tennis serves like Andy Roddick (who he met at the Olympics, but was taught his serve by the fellow Stanford friends "Bryant twins" Mike and Bob who remain one of the best doubles teams in the world).
